Vianova Global today announces the formal launch of the International Corridor Programme (ICP) — a structured academic pathway bringing high-achieving international students to Sedbergh School for two years of A-level study in STEM subjects and Business Studies, followed by progression to Year 1 undergraduate study at the University of York.

The programme represents a landmark collaboration between three world-class institutions — Vianova Global as programme operator, Sedbergh School as exclusive UK academic partner, and the University of York as exclusive university progression partner — united by a shared commitment to academic rigour, student wellbeing, and the highest standards of international education.

"The International Corridor Programme is about giving exceptional students a genuinely exceptional route to a British university education — with clarity, structure, and support at every step."

Daniel Wellings, Director & Founder, Vianova Global

About the Programme

The ICP is designed for high-achieving international students at Key Stage 5 level — typically aged 16 to 18 — who aspire to study at a leading UK university. Students join Sedbergh School in Cumbria for two years of full boarding A-level study, completing the Vianova Foundation Course, a University of York–approved English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programme, and a Capstone Project delivered by University of York professors.

On successful completion, students progress to Year 1 undergraduate study at the University of York — a Russell Group university consistently ranked in the world's top 200.
